How to Manage Office Schedules and Holidays
Audience: School Admin, Queue Manager Prerequisites: At least one office must be created
Configuring Operating Hours
- Go to Admin → Schedules.
- You see a grid of offices and days of the week.
- For each day an office is open:
- Enter Opening and Closing times
- Optionally enter Break Start and Break End times
- Toggle the day Active / Inactive
- Save changes.
Visitors will not see closed services on the queue join page during off-hours.
Adding Holidays
- Go to Admin → Holidays.
- Click Create Holiday.
- Enter:
- Holiday Name (e.g., "Christmas Day")
- Date
- Affected offices — all offices or specific ones
- Recurring — toggle for annual holidays
- Save.
On holiday dates, affected offices appear as closed on the queue join page.
Timezone
All schedule times are interpreted in the campus timezone (configured on the Campus settings page, default: Asia/Manila). If your campus is in a different timezone, update the campus timezone first.
