How to Manage Office Schedules and Holidays

Audience: School Admin, Queue Manager Prerequisites: At least one office must be created

Configuring Operating Hours

  1. Go to Admin → Schedules.
  2. You see a grid of offices and days of the week.
  3. For each day an office is open:
    • Enter Opening and Closing times
    • Optionally enter Break Start and Break End times
    • Toggle the day Active / Inactive
  4. Save changes.

Visitors will not see closed services on the queue join page during off-hours.

Adding Holidays

  1. Go to Admin → Holidays.
  2. Click Create Holiday.
  3. Enter:
    • Holiday Name (e.g., "Christmas Day")
    • Date
    • Affected offices — all offices or specific ones
    • Recurring — toggle for annual holidays
  4. Save.

On holiday dates, affected offices appear as closed on the queue join page.

Timezone

All schedule times are interpreted in the campus timezone (configured on the Campus settings page, default: Asia/Manila). If your campus is in a different timezone, update the campus timezone first.
