- Set the Date Range (From and To dates).
- Optionally filter by Campus or Office.
- The report loads automatically.
- Click Export CSV to download the data.
Available Reports
| Report | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Operations Summary | Big-picture daily metrics (issued, served, cancelled, missed, avg wait, SLA) |
| Counter Performance | How each counter is performing (speed, rating, no-shows) |
| Service Performance | Which services are busiest or slowest |
| Peak Hours | When your busiest times are |
| Feedback | What visitors are saying about each service |
| SLA Compliance | Are visitors being served within your target wait time? |
| Staff Performance | How individual staff members are performing |
| Transfer Analysis | How often tickets are transferred and why |
| Demand Trends | Are queues growing or shrinking over time? |
Performance Tips
- Use a shorter date range (1–7 days) for faster loading.
- For large date ranges (30+ days), run reports during off-peak hours to avoid impacting live queue performance.
- Reports use the read replica database in production — they do not slow down live queue operations.
