How to Bulk Reset the Queue
Audience: School Admin only
Warning: These actions cannot be undone. Cancelled tickets are permanently cancelled.
Steps
- Go to Admin → Bulk Operations.
- Choose the operation:
- Reset All Counters — Sets all Online/Paused counters to Offline and logs out staff
- Cancel All Waiting Tickets — Cancels all tickets with Waiting status for today
- End Queue Session — Does both of the above (full daily reset)
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.
When to Use
| Situation | Recommended Action |
|---|---|
| End of day | End Queue Session |
| After emergency mode deactivation | Cancel All Waiting Tickets |
| Staff walkout / shift change | Reset All Counters |
Notes
- Cancel All Waiting Tickets only cancels
waitingstatus tickets. Tickets that arecalling,serving, orrecalledare not cancelled. - Cancelled tickets remain in the database for audit and reporting purposes but cannot be reactivated.
- Counters that are already Offline are unaffected by Reset All Counters.
