Access: Public (OTP-verified via email)
Purpose
Allows visitors to look up their past queue history using their email address and a one-time verification code.
Flow
- Enter your email address
- The system sends a 6-digit OTP to that email (valid 10 minutes)
- Enter the OTP code
- Your ticket history is shown (all tickets associated with that email)
OTP Details
- Valid for 10 minutes from time of issue
- 6-digit numeric code sent via email
Rate Limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| OTP request — per IP | 5 per hour |
| OTP request — per email | 3 per hour |
| OTP failed attempts | 5 attempts before 10-minute lockout |
