Screen Guide — Ticket Status Page
URL: /queue/status/{ticketId}
Access: Public (session cookie — only the ticket holder can view)
Purpose
Shows the visitor their ticket's real-time position and status.
Information Displayed
- Ticket display number (e.g., "REG-042")
- Current status (Waiting, Calling, Serving, Completed, etc.)
- Position in queue and estimated wait time
- Assigned counter (when called)
Available Actions
- Cancel ticket — Available when ticket is in Waiting, Missed, or Held status
- Submit feedback — Rating (1–5 stars) + optional comment, available after ticket is Completed
Status Reference
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | In queue, not yet called |
| Calling | Your number has been called — go to your counter now |
| Serving | Counter staff is serving you |
| Completed | Service finished |
| Missed | You were called but did not respond |
| Recalled | Staff recalled your ticket for another chance |
| Cancelled | Ticket was cancelled (by you or by staff) |
| Expired | You did not respond within the recall window |
