Screen Guide — Appointment Booking

Purpose
Visitors pre-book a service for a future date and time slot.
Form Fields

Slot Availability
The system checks existing appointments for the selected service and date to determine available slots. Slot duration is based on the service's estimated duration. A slot is shown only if it is not already fully booked.
Recurring Appointments
- Weekly: Select day(s) of the week and set an end date
- Daily: Automatically creates appointments for each day until the end date
- Monthly: Creates appointment on the same date each month
Day-of Check-In
On the appointment date, go to /queue/checkin:
- Enter your name and tap Search
- Find your appointment in the results
- Click Check In to convert your appointment into a live ticket
Rate limit: 5 bookings per 10 minutes per IP address.
