How to Issue a Ticket (Walk-Up)
Audience: Visitors and students Prerequisites: Queue is open; service is active; office is not closed
Steps
- Go to
{your-school}.schoolaide-q.com/queue/join— or scan the QR code at the entrance. - You will see a list of available services. Tap the service you need.
- A form appears. Optionally enter:
- Your name — helps staff identify you
- Your email — to receive queue updates by email
- Your priority type if applicable (PWD, Senior Citizen, Pregnant, Scholarship, VIP) — this moves you closer to the front
- Check Notify me by email to receive status updates
- Tap Get Queue Number.
- Your ticket number appears (e.g., "REG-042"). Note this number or take a screenshot.
- You are taken to your ticket status page — bookmark this URL to check your position.
Expected Result
You have a ticket number. Wait until your number is called on the display screen or you receive an email notification.
Error Notes
- "Queue Services Suspended" — Emergency mode is active. Try again later or contact the office directly.
- Redirected to existing ticket — You already have an active ticket. Only one active ticket at a time is allowed.
- Service not listed — The service may be closed for the day, deactivated, or outside office hours.
