1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SchoolAide Queue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. Description of Service
SchoolAide Queue provides digital queue management software for schools and educational offices, including ticket issuance, counter management, display boards, and analytics reporting.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- School administrators are responsible for managing staff access and permissions.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Reverse engineer or extract source code from the application
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing tier selected. Schools may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time through account settings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, schools may request export of their data within 30 days.
