How to Call and Serve a Ticket
Audience: Counter staff Prerequisites: Logged in; counter selected and set to Online
Steps
- Go to
/counter/selectand click your assigned counter to log in. - You are taken to the Counter Panel.
- Click Call Next (or press N) to call the next waiting visitor.
- The system selects the highest-priority ticket automatically.
- The ticket number is broadcast to the display board, and TTS announces it.
- When the visitor arrives at your counter, click Start Serving (or press S).
- This records the service start time.
- Complete the transaction, then click Complete (or press C) when done.
- If the service has a multi-step workflow, this automatically routes the ticket to the next office.
- If this is the last step, the ticket is marked Completed and a completion email is sent to the visitor (if opted in).
If the Visitor Does Not Come
- Click No-Show (press M) — marks the ticket as Missed.
- You can click Recall within 15 minutes to give the visitor another chance.
- After 15 minutes, the ticket automatically expires and cannot be recalled.
