Troubleshooting — Plan Limit Reached

Symptoms

  • "You have reached your plan limit for services" error when creating a service
  • Unable to create new offices, counters, or invite new staff
  • Error message references a maximum count

Cause

The tenant's subscription plan has a hard limit on the number of services, offices, counters, or user accounts. These limits are enforced by the PlanGate service at the point of creation.

Resolution

Option 1 — Upgrade the subscription:

  1. Go to Admin → Subscription.
  2. View the current plan and available upgrades.
  3. Click Upgrade to access higher limits.

Option 2 — Free up slots:

  1. Deactivate unused services: Admin → Services → toggle inactive.
  2. Deactivate unused offices: Admin → Offices → toggle inactive.
  3. Deactivate unused staff accounts: Admin → Users → deactivate.
