Troubleshooting — Plan Limit Reached
Symptoms
- "You have reached your plan limit for services" error when creating a service
- Unable to create new offices, counters, or invite new staff
- Error message references a maximum count
Cause
The tenant's subscription plan has a hard limit on the number of services, offices, counters, or user accounts. These limits are enforced by the PlanGate service at the point of creation.
Resolution
Option 1 — Upgrade the subscription:
- Go to Admin → Subscription.
- View the current plan and available upgrades.
- Click Upgrade to access higher limits.
Option 2 — Free up slots:
- Deactivate unused services: Admin → Services → toggle inactive.
- Deactivate unused offices: Admin → Offices → toggle inactive.
- Deactivate unused staff accounts: Admin → Users → deactivate.
