Onboarding Wizard — 6-Step Setup Guide

When your school account is first created, you will be taken through a 6-step onboarding wizard before accessing the admin panel.

Prerequisites:

  • You must be logged in as the School Admin account.
  • Your account must not already be onboarded (otherwise you are redirected to the dashboard).

Step 1 — School Profile

Set your school's timezone, address, and optionally upload your logo.

  • Logo: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP; max 2 MB
  • Timezone: Defaults to Asia/Manila
  • Address: Shown on printed materials and QR posters

Step 2 — First Office

Create your first service office (e.g., "Registrar's Office").

  • Office Code must be uppercase letters and numbers only (e.g., REG)
  • You can add more offices later from the admin panel

Step 3 — Services

Add the services offered by your first office (up to 5 during onboarding).

  • Each service needs a Name, Code (uppercase), and Estimated Duration in minutes
  • More services can be added later under Admin → Services

Step 4 — Counters

Add the service counters at your office (up to 5 during onboarding).

  • Each counter needs a Name and Code
  • Counter staff will select their counter when they log in each day

Step 5 — Schedule

Set your office's operating hours.

  • Select Opening and Closing times
  • Check the days of the week your office is open
  • Closing time must be after opening time

Step 6 — Review

Review all your settings before saving. You can navigate back to any step to make corrections.

Click Complete Setup to save everything. The system will:

  1. Save your school profile and logo
  2. Create your office
  3. Create your services
  4. Create your counters
  5. Create your schedule
  6. Mark onboarding as complete and open the admin dashboard

Note: Wizard state is saved to the server after every step. You can close the browser and resume later without losing progress.
